July Meeting

Margaret Rowe entertained us in July with tales of her adventures in book publishing. Margaret is the author of five novels which reflect her love of history and quilting. She also brought along her quilts which were made as part of the process of writing the novels,  as they centre on a quilting friendship group and their regular challenges.

To find out more about the books and perhaps order your own visit Margaret’s website. http://www.margaretrowe.com.au

Our library also holds a copy of each book.

If you missed the June meeting where Michele Hill told us all about her visit to the Yoko Saito special exhibition at the Tokyo Quilt Festival 2016, “The World of Peter Rabbit”,  you can see photos of these amazing quilts on Michele’s blog.
